My engagement photos

I always thought shooting your own engagement photos would be super easy. Tripod, remote, and off you go! 
First, I tried to shoot them when I had a broken leg last year, which hardly worked, but it was a good enough start for the engagement party. But I vowed to re-do them once we moved.
Now, looking through wedding photographers for the actual wedding, I couldn't stand not getting a little posing practice in with Clay.
I wanted to use my new lens and really experiment with the light in the field behind our house. I think they turned out great! Framing up the closer shots was hard - constantly making Clay move around and telling him we're out of frame...again! He put up with it like a champ. Now if I could only figure out how to shoot my own wedding...
